This document constitutes an agreement between the applicant and the company known as ‘Coup de Pouce’ S.A.R.L who manage PomdAmour the introduction agency. Registered under number 2009408 , Lebanon.:

Prices and Memberships

1-Quick and Easy membership: 500 $/ Euros. Payment in one time.

Duration 6 months. Call Mme Solange

2-Standard membership: 1500$ / Euros payment in 2 installments.

Duration 18 months.

3-Private membership 3000$/euros. Payment in 2 installments. Duration open.

Finale CLOSE: All members 
The Honorable payment in case of success is $/euros 2000.  

1-In case of getting married throw our service you agree on paying, as member an amount of $/ 2000 USD / euros minimum, appreciatively. *In case of any delay the member may be subject to penalty fees up to $10.000
2-You agree on send us a testimonial letter, you can use pseudonym, narrating your experience with us and your successful story. In few lines
3-PomdAmour WILL NOT publish on its website, in Media or somewhere else the real names and the photos of the married couples.

Activation of membership
Membership goes into effect after payment is received.

Description
The website listed under the url “www.pomdamour.net” provides its users with services such as the means of communication to inform the user about the introduction service's performance, to give him/her a preview of the agency’s members' files via classified ads and to allow him/her to interact with said service.

Pomd’Amour: Membership rules
Pomd’Amour (or ‘P'A’) acts to facilitate meetings among its clientele, with the express goal of forming serious and lasting unions leading to marriage.

Members must be 28 years minimum, and are required to complete the online registration questionnaire, as first step, then a meeting with the executive is a must to finalized the registration. A civil status might be asked.

Pomd’Amour Promise
Throughout the membership period, P'A will introduce you, within the limit of our availabilities, to single individuals with profiles compatible to yours with utmost confidentiality
Your photo will NEVER be distributed or posted online.
We will preserve confidentially your photo in your personal profile for only potential matching

Your commitment as a member 
- To be free of any matrimonial engagement (i.e. to have one of the following statuses: single, divorced, or widowed) 
- To have no police record (exempt of judicial antecedents)
- To be twenty eight years of age and above 
- To be interested in creating a serious union see marriage
- To refrain from sending, transmitting by e-mail or by any other manner, messages that may be considered illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, slanderous, vulgar, obscene, odious, racist, or reprehensible, or that jeopardize the privacy of others
- You agree on send us a testimonial letter, you can use pseudonym, narrating your experience with us and your successful story. In few lines.

You expressly acknowledge and approve that:The data you provide are exact and true. You commit to informing P'A without delay of any data modification and, if the case arises, to revising your profile via email to: contact@pomdamour.net.

Limitation of responsibility 
Pomd'Amour will not be held responsible for any members' behavior and/or false declaration, including information featured in any member's profile

Litigation / Applicable Law 
All litigation resulting from this contract is subject to Lebanese laws and jurisdictions. 

Particular conditions 
When the member wishes to sponsor a friend and provide P'A with the latter’s coordinates, he/she commits to have obtained  his/her friend’s previous consent. If need be, the member provides this information voluntarily and freely and under his/her exclusive responsibility

Modifications of the general conditions of membership 
P'A reserves the right to modify the present General Conditions of Membership. In addition, it reserves the right to modify all or a part of the service, without incurring any responsibility towards its members. 

Electronic Agreement
This Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your use of the Website and your membership in the Service. This Agreement may be modified by Pomdamour from time to time, such modifications to be effective upon posting by Pomdamour on the Website. This Agreement includes Pomdamour Acceptable Use Policy for Content Posted on the Website, Pomdamour Privacy Policy, Pomdamour subscription policies and any notices regarding the Website.

By accessing the Website or becoming a Member, you accept this Agreement and agree to the terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced herein.
